MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1.Enforce rules and regulations of Front Office Department and activities to maintain discipline and ensure safety.
2.Ensure that all excursion/tour activities are cost properly and that all charges to guests are posted accurately and on a timely basis.
3.Organize, lead and promote interest in all activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, social recreation and hobbies.
4.Manage the daily operations of excursion/ tour activities.
5.Administer first aid according to prescribed procedures and notify emergency medical personnel when necessary.
6.Ascertain and interpret individual guest or group interests, evaluate equipment and facilities, and adapt activities to meet guest needs.
7.Explain principles, techniques and safety procedures to guest in recreational activities and demonstrate use of materials and equipment.
8.Evaluate recreation areas, facilities and services to determine if they are producing desired results.
9.Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations governing sports, recreational activities and the use of equipment.
10. Offer alternatives during physical activities to accommodate different.
11.Observe guests and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement in the activity.
12.Explain safety devices to guests and provide them with directions for fastening devices.
13.Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform adjustments.
14.To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
15.Liaises with concerned departments in operational matters to ensure the operation runs smoothly
16.Maximizes revenue by implementing suggestive selling procedures.
17.Handle customer complaints if possible or report them to Front Office Manager or delegate.
18.Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
19.Perform additional duties as directed by Front Office Manager
20.Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to Front Office Manager for the general improvement of the hotel.
21.Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fires and emergency procedures.
22.Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.
23.Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
24.Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local law.
25.Well-groomed, neat and tidy at work.
26.Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook.
27.Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment.
28.Follow communication lines and report lines.
29.Maintain hotel standards of service quality and performance standards.
30.Believe in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues.
31.Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD.YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC -Outgoing, friendly disposition with a high level of physical fitness and ability. Able to deal effectively with guests in a hotel environment. Honesty and reliability a must.Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in other positions as business demands dictate.Must complete training and educational programs made available by Tourism Department. License for Guiding and first-aid certificate
